This project was led in four times:
- Negotiation support (meetings with business managers, implementation of comprehensive solutions, development of a pricing strategy, setting up an acquisition bid, coordination of internal and external counsel);
- Drafting intermediary protocols containing reciprocal commitments and conditions of the operation;
- Legal, social and real estate audit;
- Drafting the deed of acquisition of shares.
Our added-value consisted in defining a comprehensive strategy with our client while taking into account financial, environmental and human constraints.
We therefore took part in the operation by assisting our client at every stage of the project and by writing a lot of legal acts.
We helped our client to reach its expectations:
- A positive impact on distribution network;
- And an improved positioning placing our client as the 4th biggest market player with 70 million euros in revenue.
